• Free Shipping: All orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping in the UK, and £60 for Europe and North America (US and Canada).
• Standard Shipping: For orders under £30 in the UK, a flat shipping fee of £2.99 will be applied for standard shipping. For Europe, orders under £60 will incur a flat shipping fee of £10, and for North America (US and Canada), the standard shipping fee is £12.
Delivery Times
You can generally anticipate the arrival of your order within 3-5 business days for the United Kingdom and 7-10 business days for Europe and North America (US and Canada).
Ordering Process
We are committed to processing your orders promptly, typically within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information, allowing you to keep a watchful eye on your purchase as it makes its way to you.
Lost or Damaged Items
Although we take meticulous care to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition, we acknowledge that sometimes unforeseen issues may arise. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. We will work diligently with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Taxes & Duties
Customers outside the UK are responsible for handling any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees determined by the local Customs authority for parcel receipt. We are unable to provide estimates for these fees; kindly consult your country's customs office for information on anticipated charges and rates for packages arriving from overseas.
Please note that Miju Jewellery is not responsible for any shipping deliveries affected by customs procedures, natural events, handovers from local carriers in your country, or disruptions in air and ground transportation due to strikes or delays.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your jewellery item for a different size, style, or a completely different piece, we offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange

Exchange Processing
After we've received and inspected your item for exchange, we will proceed with the exchange process, typically completing it within 7-10 business days. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Exceptions and Additional Information
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings.
